MISSION
Hicks-Wright Organization is an Aurora-based non-profit organization passionate about empowering individuals from all walks of life.
Our broad range of programs and services includes pre-employment and entrepreneur readiness, youth outreach, afterschool programming, STEM education, computer literacy training, health and wellness awareness, mentoring, academic enhancement, survey and assessment design, data analysis, data collection.
Additional services include equity and inclusion training, financial literacy, and organizational consulting services designed to provide the tools and resources necessary for individuals to achieve their goals and improve their lives.
Our dedicated professional staff and diverse volunteers are committed to delivering the highest-quality services possible.
